Throughout your Milestone journey, you will interact with multiple individuals, each playing a unique role in your engagement. We look forward to introducing you to your carefully crafted Milestone team as we near onboarding, but for now, we will share a quick overview of who you could meet along the way.

Business Development

Our Business Development Representatives are crucial components in your engagement.  They listen to what you say (and sometimes what you don’t) to ensure you receive the right-sized engagement from the start.

Client Experience

Our CX team will coordinate with you and the various service teams to bring your engagement from signing to kick-off. From here, they will check in on you periodically and are always open to feedback.

Financial Operations

This team coordinates system access during onboarding, builds & trains on new tools and systems, and brings FP&A knowledge & expertise. You will work with this team the most for foundation and project-based work.

Accounting Services

The Accounting Services team serve as contacts for bookkeeping, month-end close, financial reporting, and CFO services. They provide timely and accurate financials to help organizations make the right decisions.

HR Services

Our HR Services team focuses on daily people operations, advocating for compliance, employee engagement, and a safe work environment. They also provide support for talent acquisition, total rewards, and training.

Payroll Services

Our Payroll Services team handles payroll processing and state registrations. They work cross-service lines with Milestone’s Accounting and HR teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Marketing crafts our quarterly newsletter, keeping you current on Milestone happenings and industry trends.  You may even get the opportunity to see your own story come to life through testimonials and case studies on our website!
